- Venting Upgrades: We install concentric or dual-pipe PVC/CPVC venting. We never reuse unsafe aluminum or galvanized vent pipe.
- Isolation Valves: We install Service Valves on every single unit. This allows for the mandatory annual vinegar flush to remove Las Vegas scale. Without these, your unit is unserviceable.
- Smart-Circ™ Setup: We program the recirculation pump (on RUR/RXP models) to “Learn” your habits or set it to “On-Demand” with push buttons to maximize efficiency.

The main difference is Recirculation. The RUR (and new RXP) series features a built-in recirculation pump and thermal bypass valve technology. This allows the unit to circulate hot water through your pipes so you get hot water instantly at the tap. The RU (and RX) series is a standard high-efficiency tankless without the built-in pump.
